We are starting to gear up for our 2nd Annual Mud Run competition. The course will be fun, challenging, wet and extra muddy this year. Get your teams together and join us August 20th at 2:00 pm. Meet by the pond to sign up your teams and to sign your waivers. Kids 12 and older must be 48 inches tall and have your parents signed consent to compete.
August 27th is our” Timby Awards” seasonal potluck. 6:00 pm at the Rec. Hall.
September 3rd is the annual Timberline yard sale. That evening is our annual prom night. This year the theme will be the era of the big hair, “The 80’s”.
Now that I have your attention on the golf carts, last weekend I observed carts driving with headlights off, before and after curfew. These people will receive warnings and will be put on notice, the next time it happens will be a 2 week suspension of golf cart privileges. It’s to bad a few may ruin it for the many. Carts must be AT your sites by 11:00 pm. Maybe I should start posting their site numbers so everyone can remind them. Thank you.
Pets: Please when you pick up after your pets dispose of the waste, don’t leave the “little blue bags” sitting along side the road.
2017 Contract; I will dispel any rumors and satisfy everyone’s curiosity right now. Contract language will have few if any changes and there will NOT be a rate increase for seasonal sites next year.
We will start our Rec. Hall winter storage sign up sheet on September 1st. Priority will be given until Sept. 15th to those who paid for storage last year.
Remember Jill’s fitness class Saturday morning at 9:00 am. This is held in the Rec. Hall. Stretch those muscles and get ready to compete in our Mud Run.
