Saturday at 2:00pm the 2nd annual “Timberline Mud Run” for fun starts. Meet down by the bridge at the pond to sign up your teams and sign your waivers. Along with the mud run we will have a “Super Ninja” obstacle course for the kids!! Prepare to get wet and muddy!! Wear clothing that you won’t mind being possibly ruined. Shoes are a must! Tie them tight so they don’t come off in the mud. Check out our Facebook page for more tips and suggestions on the do’s and don’ts of the mud run. This is not a race but, it is a fun physical challenge! We need volunteers throughout the course!
Tomorrow evening at 5:00 pm is the monthly “weeker” pot luck. If you are in the park, join us for an informal and delicious get together.
Saturday, August 27th, is the Annual seasonal “Timby Awards” potluck. Who will receive the coveted 2016 plaque?
Saturday, September 3rd, is the annual Timberline prom. This year the theme is the 80’s!
As I stated in the last newsletter, there will be no rate hike for seasonal sites for 2017. If you know you will not be returning next year, please let us know. We don’t take it personally, we know reasons are many for deciding not to return. Contracts for 2017 will be available on September 1st. We will also have everyone fill out an updated info sheet.
Because of the mud run there will not be the Saturday workout group with Jill. Workouts will resume a week from Saturday.
