Say it isn’t so. We are coming into the last month of the camping season! The weather this season has been unlike any I have every seen. Everywhere across our country there have been severe storms. What’s up with that?
On Saturday, September 3rd, from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm is the annual Timberline yard sale. Stroll around the park and take a look at what your neighbors have for sale. You may find something you absolutely can’t do without!
That evening at 7:00 pm is our annual Timberline prom. The theme for this dance is the 80’s, the era of big hair and arena rock. DJ Carl will be playing all the hits and rock anthems from the 80’s! Dress the part and make our last big event of the year another great success! Krissy could use some volunteers to help her turn her 80’s vision for the Rec. Hall into reality. She will begin decorating at noon and any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
*The pool and snack bar will close for the season after this weekend.
*2017 contracts will be available after September 1st. Please stop in and pick up your contact as we do not mail them out. If you are not returning next season please let us know as we have people looking to change sites and a lot of new seasonal interest. Thank you.
*If you wish to store your boat or golf cart in the Rec. Hall, please sign up by September 15th. We have very limited room and priority will be given to those who paid for storage last year. We will be storing boats and carts on Saturday, September 27th. You must be present to store your item.
*The new speed bump has been installed at the front entrance. Drivers beware, if you don’t slow down you will get quite a jolt if you are going to fast.
The traffic will be heavy this weekend so please, take your time and arrive here safely! See you this weekend.
